INVESTMENTS
We seek dynamic F&B start-ups and small chains, run by committed founders and management teams. Our ambition is to achieve rapid growth for our investments, typically through multi-site roll-out, franchise agreements and market entry. Using the breadth of our experience, our own research, and collaboration with external experts we build up a detailed picture of a company’s performance, category performance and competitive positioning. We assess each prospective investment’s potential and invest accordingly. This provides a valuable base for devising a strategic plan, and we support the management team in developing that strategy further during our ownership.
OUR FUNDS
We are experienced investors in start-up F&B businesses. Over the past five years, we have raised significant capital to launch new brands and expand existing brands throughout the GCC.
BLACK STONE FUND
Black Stone Fund is designed to offer diversified F&B investment opportunities to private investors. The fund will invest in F&B brands and operations, funding their expansion across the GCC.

2. Country Expansion of Existing Brands
3. Site-level Operation
This diversifies the fund across different markets & currencies, a range in market segments, long and short term return on investment.
